What type of operating systems is used with system's program?  Is it DOS or Windows? 

If it is Windows:

What version of Windows is used?

Is it supported by Microsoft?

Is it a DOS program that runs under Window 95, 98 or Millennium?

Data Collection:

How much data is collected?

How fast are the Torque Data and Turn data collected?

Could collected data be evaluated by the user? (Torque, Turn, Time)

What are the types of measuring choices available to collect Torque & Turn data?

How does the system measure the Turn counter signals?

What is the possibility of a false Turn Counter reading?

What is the fastest RPM that the system registers?

How fast is the dump valve actuated?

Can the reports be generated for electronic commerce? (Email, posted to web)

 

Accuracy:

What is the accuracy of the measured Torque and Turn data?

How accurate is the measuring time for collecting the Torque & Turn data?

How accurate is the output voltage of the Torque Sensor?

How accurate is the time base? Second, Millisecond or Microseconds?

Calibration:

Does it have self calibration & diagnostic?

How often do the units need to be calibrated?

 
 

General:

What is the traceability of the electronics?

How often has the system failed?

Security:

What type of safety is built in the system for safe operation of the units?

How secure is the collected data? Could it be tampered with? This is important for liability issues.

Company:

How long has the company been in business?
